My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. It is minutes away from Clemson University and to the Football Stadium. I will gladly give you a ride to the stadium! The apartment is great for families during football games! I also have a second unit for rent, in the same house. It sleeps 6-7 people.

Private Second Floor with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms

My place is close to the stadium and C. U., in an upscale neighborhood. I am renting the entire second floor, which consists of three bedrooms. (I also have an apartment for rent in the same house).The purple bedroom has its own private bathroom. The blue and ten bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, with a separate toilet room. The blue bedroom has a queen sized bed, while the tan room has an extra sleeping twin size mattress to accommodate a seventh person.
