Caution: (We have a Floor Bed upstairs and a Sofa bed downstairs.) With historic pubs all around, Central Canterbury is 10 mins drive away yet you are in the countryside! Tulip Tree Cottage was originally the village school house built in the 1870's and now a comfortable and newly converted home situated in the Kent Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Within walking distance of the village supermarket, pharmacy and 3 good pubs, this is the perfect place for a family holiday or weekend getaway with friends. The Studio beside The Barn Sweech Farm

Why not enjoy this historic place in a picturesque setting. The Studio is a 500-year old grain store, now converted into a studio annex. Situated at Sweech Farm in Broad Oak, The Studio is completely self-contained with a key safe for self-check in. It has a King-size bed, sofa, 32 inch tv with Netflix, hairdryer, small Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities, a breakfast area and en-suite shower room. There is a designated parking space, behind electric gates.
