Φωτεινό, ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα πρώτου ορόφου που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 2 έως 4 επισκέπτες . Απέχει μόλις 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο της πόλης περπατώντας όπου υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, καφετέριες και τα φημισμένα ρακάδικα με τους παραδοσιακούς μεζέδες. Από το διαμέρισμα σε 10 λεπτά υπάρχει η όμορφη αμμώδης παραλία της Σητείας. Το σπίτι διαθέτει όλο τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό για μία διαμονή εύκολη και άνετη ενώ τα σούπερ μάρκετ και όλα τα καταστήματα της κεντρικής αγοράς απέχουν μόνο δέκα λεπτά!

The name of the olive groves around the house is Sotirali and may be a corruption of the Turkish name "Sotir Αli".
