NEW IN 2025: EV charger! The space is 2 bdrms, 2 full baths & living area of my upstairs. I live on the main floor. There is a divider in the front entry to keep the spaces separate. There is a separate entrance for guests. My home is across the valley from the Highlands and 1/2 mile North of Nubs Nob entrance. 10-15 min. to Harbor Springs/Petoskey. To winter guests, the hill up to the house is very steep. 4 wheel/all wheel drive is necessary. The hot tubs and pools are part of my association.

Sorry NO PETS or Smokers. Renter MUST have good rating from previous Airbnb stays. Garage Not included. 5 Nite min in Summer.
