Petaluma’s historic downtown is only 5 blocks away from this private solar powered one bedroom apartment. You can also shop at the Petaluma Premium Outlet mall. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. San Francisco is also easily accessed using the nearby freeway or public transportation.

Immerse yourself in nature at my quiet, cozy compound, blurring the line between indoors & out. Built using reclaimed and green materials to be a garden oasis, both buildings are bright and sunny. **Please note that the bathroom is located in the Studio and the Annex bedroom is a separate building 20' away (see photos). It is located two blocks from the Deer Park trailheads and within easy walking/biking distance to town & shops. There's plenty of storage and closet space for longer-term stays!

Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is located in one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. We are 3 blocks from historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. Historic D Street Private Bungalow!

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The right pets welcome, but unfortunately we can’t have dogs swimming because it affects the pool negatively— so sorry! We have a 3-year old + Aussie named Luna and she’s good with other dogs, but can be territorial at first. Please cover couch and bed & cleanup after pets —I don’t charge a pet fee so please be mindful of keeping the bungalow clean. Much appreciated.
