Seccatoio ist ein freistehendes Steinhaus mit einer Fläche von 60m². Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich eine Küche, ein großes Badezimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa für 2 Personen. Das Haus bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Monte Amiata. Hinter dem Haus, unter einen Pergola finden Sie eine Terrasse mit Esstisch und Grill und vor der Küche gibts noch eine kleine Terrasse um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen.

The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).
