The home has refinished original hardwood floors in the bedrooms, and family room. The bathroom, hallway, kitchen and dining room has newly installed LVP flooring. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pots, pans, mixing bowls, serving dishes, keurig, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker.

The Wagon Barn Market close by has "ready to bake" casseroles. Augusta, 20 minutes away, hosts The Masters Golf Tournament in the spring, and has biking & hiking trails, kayaking, museums, and more.
