The Sutton - Mountain House

Welcome to the Mountain House at The Sutton. This is one of three boutique style homes on the property. The home is surrounded by the jungle and all of its glorious nature. Rent one for you and that special someone or all three for a group villa experience with the convenience of private accommodations. Each unit has its own covered patio equipped with a kitchenette for those relaxing breakfast in bed mornings. The property shares a rancho perfect for communal meal preparation and dining overlooking the pool, sun deck and tropical garden.

This modern, private 2-bedroom house is uniquely and privately located on the western slope of the San Gerardo de Dota Valley, with beautiful views and nothing but nature around. Most furniture and the kitchen are stylishly handmade. The house serves as your base to get to know the unique area of San Gerardo. After an amazing hike to a beautiful waterfall or after birdwatching, take a warm shower, make a drink in the fully equipped kitchen and kick back at the fire place or chromecast a movie.

Casa Viva Barrel is a barrel-shaped cottage that provides a novel experience while staying connected to the rich Costa Rican feel and ambiance. The cottage also has a notable craftsman feel where the carpenters took great attention to detail from the shape of the structure to the hand-made furniture, and round-shaped windows that were all custom designed for a truly unique and comfortable experience. It has 2 new mattresses (Queen) and a Murphy Bed (Twin) which can accommodate up to 3 people

The large balcony offers stunning jungle views and birdwatching. Access to the nearby pool area is just steps away for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.
