très bel appartement moderne, et spacieux de 130 m2 avec terrasse privative de 30 m2. situé dans une petite résidence au calme, il possède une grande piscine et il ne vous faudra pas plus de 2 minutes à pieds pour découvrir une splendide plage aux eaux cristalines, très peu fréquentée. l'appartement est également proche de toute les commodités, entre 5 et 8 minutes à pieds. il dispose d'un parking privée sécurisé. une femme de ménage passe 2 fois par semaine pour entretenir les lieux.
