A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

It's walking distance to Bass Lake (boat launch), close to Lake MI access points, and nearby Silver Lake & Ludington.Unwind and grill out on our wrap around deck, soak in the hot tub, or have a campfire.

This cottage has been my family's happy place for decades, and now we are ready to share it with you. Tucked onto a wooded lot, our home offers peace and solitude within walking distance of Pentwater Village (shops, restaurants, ICE CREAM!) and beautiful Mears Beach. Ludington is 15 min north, and Silver Lake is 15 min south.

The Little Green Cottage in PTW

This vintage style cottage was recently renovated and we are excited to be able to share it with guests. At 650 square feet we have designed every square inch to be usable. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths this cozy and comfortable space is perfect for couples or small families. It is located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood and overlooks a creek. Easy walk (or take the bikes provided) to the white sandy of Mears Beach and the charming downtown shops that make Pentwater a summer destination.

Cute cottage close to the beach and downtown. Steps away from Mears State Park and Old Baldy. Older and modest cottage perfect for a beach visit or a quick getaway away to quaint Pentwater Village. This is not a fancy property. Parking available along with amenities. A cozy space for indoor visiting and outdoor talks. There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms.

The coffee pot is a Duo to make one cup or full standard pot, WIFI, Smart TV w/Roku, Linens, dishes, flatware, crockpot…No Pets allowed, no exceptions ($300 fee pet violation)

It's a short 15 min drive to either the excitement of Silver Lake Sand Dunes, or a relaxing stroll in downtown Pentwater. Enjoy smores by fire, while experiencing our beautiful sunsets. "Sailing" Cabin #1, Pentwater Lake

"Sailing" is roughly 400 square feet with an open floor plan and sleeps 6, between the double bed, bunk beds, and sofa sleeper. The living room features a sofa, chairs, and flat screen smart tv. The cabin has an updated bath and a fully equipped kitchen. The rental also provides access to paddle boats, kayaks, and paddle boards, as available. The cabin sits on a couple of wooded acres on the lake, providing waterfront and woods with plenty to do.

The slider opens to your covered patio that’s tucked in the woods for a private secluded feel. Sit around the fire pit while taking in the birds and farm animal noises. The shared compostable toilet is just a short walk away. There is also one full size bed & a twin trundle beneath it.
