"The Lair" Guesthouse

"The Lair" is a just recently renovated small 200 square foot cabin with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee and tea everyday, all day! We are closed for Winter, will re-open Mid-April. Thank you.

Enjoy a bright, sun-filled, stylish experience at this centrally-located 2nd floor apartment. This open concept, king bed studio apartment is perfect for a couple or a solo experience. (The bedroom space is defined but does not have a door.) Spacious and cozy with a well-appointed kitchen and washer/dryer. Lots of restaurants & shops nearby with a superb coffee bar downstairs. Belfast waterfront, Saturday morning United Farmers Market, and the fabulous Harborwalk just 2 blocks away.

Majestic private waterfront Tipi * on a lake. Quiet nature oasis with hot tub, woodstove, firepit, modern grill, and all the essentials. Ice skate or xc-ski across the frozen lake and watch the bald eagles fly overhead, or relax in the Adirondack chairs in front of the bonfire while you make smores and cook dinner on the grill or over the open fire, then snuggle up inside the tipi while you listen to vintage vinyl and let the owls hoot you to sleep. *Tipi closed March-April.

Twin Room, Merrybell Motel near Camden and Belfast

This room is part of the Merrybell Motel. There are two twin beds in the room which comfortably sleep two people. Attached to the room is a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Amenities include a fridge, microwave, air-conditioning, heater, flat screen tv with DirecTV and high speed fibre internet. You can park your car right in front of your room. We are currently checking our guests in outside and take care of all the cleaning and laundry ourselves.

Timeless Tides Cottage

This comfortable 2 bedroom, one bathroom, A-frame pine cottage is set on its own private point with 350 feet of waterfront! Cook out on the grill, lounge on the deck or dock while taking in the wildlife on a beautiful tidal river. Watch nesting Bald Eagles and Great Blue Herons fishing! There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

Cozy cabin set in the woods surrounded by fields. The perfect place for a romantic getaway, or to reconnect with friends and family, unplug and relax. Get cozy by the wood stove on chilly nights, or star gaze while you make s’mores by the fire-pit. Our place is just a few minutes drive to the ocean and great hiking trails. We are located very close to historic Castine and Maine Maritime Academy, and about one hours drive from Acadia National Park.

Walk the shore path through a field, filled with wildflowers, to a private cove on the Bagaduce River. The light filled apartment is located above the garage of a restored antique farmhouse and has beautiful water views from the living room and private deck. The perfect spot for a relaxing vacation on the coast of Maine.

Rabbitrock Retreat

Coastal village. Rabbitrock Retreat is located towards the end of a dirt road among wildflower meadows and apple trees, quiet except for the sound of birds and distant church bells. It is named after a local landmark Rabbit Rock that exists in the woods near our house, known only by select locals who used to say you could “always catch a rabbit at Rabbit Rock”. It is a place of abundance for sure, and we are happy to get to share it.
