Start the day with a pickleball or tennis, head to the beach with provided beach gear, cruise to local restaurants on the electric scooters, then come home for ping pong battles in the game garage. Just 2 miles from Surf City beaches and close to coffee shops, parks, mini golf, and local favorites, this cozy upstairs townhome is designed for easy, memorable beach trips full of fun and relaxation. The Riverbend @ Old River Acres

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Riverbend is located just outside of Wilmington NC in the quaint town of Burgaw. Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

Eclectic Tiny Home Hot Tub Nights Poolside Morning

Note: There are 2 tiny homes on this property, Each tiny home has their own side yard with Private hot tub, but the back yard, with the pool, is shared with both tiny homes. Early Check in at 12pm May be available for an extra $35 Or Late check out at 12 for an extra $35 Please message me to see if thats availble. From November 1st to February 28th, Pool is just too cold to use, The cleaning routine changes from twice a week to once a month. But you can still enjoy the hot tub all year!

Enjoy a beverage in the screened in back patio before heading out for the evening. Amenities include three TV's, washer, dryer, coffee, pressure cooker, air fryer etc.

It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!
