Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. There is a small kitchen,a bedroom with a full bed, an electric fireplace and bathroom with just a portable toilet.Guests will be able to use the full bathroom in the main house which is sectioned off from the rest of the house and a private entrance .This not a shared bathroom, it is dedicated for our guests .The cabin also has a sleeping loft with full /twin bed . Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean

This is the lower level of a just built 2 story home. You will have the entire lower level to yourself. This house is set up like a duplex, Private entrance, private yard. It was built with you in mind! Located between the beach and downtown a close 10-15 minutes to each. After a full day of beach or exploring, come back and unwind on the Beautiful secluded deck built just for you! Have you ever taken a bath outside?? Its kinda magical!

This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe:)
