An outdoor stair system connects the three levels - a covered rooftop deck; a second-floor master suite; and a ground floor kitchen space. The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. If you are looking for a unique experience outside of Austin, make your way to this vacation rental in Lakeway! This is a luxury tiny home with a well appointed interior, upscale appliances and a wealth of windows to pull the outdoors inside. While the location will feel secluded, this property is just 5 minutes to Briarcliff boat ramp community on Lake Travis. We are just 25 miles from downtown Austin. Two dogs allowed no cats or other animals. Pet fee of $25 non refundable.
