The private garden has an amazing RUSTIC JAPANESE WHIRLPOOL BATH made from cedar wood, loads of hot water and NO chemicals, just pure water every time it’s used…just relax and enjoy the outdoor experience.

We look forward to welcoming you to Rivington, which is only a short walk to Bakewell and a lovely walk along the river to Ashford in the Water. Your accommodation is at Rivington Cottage a luxury self contained 2 bedroom annex, completely separate from our house, with its own lounge, kitchen diner, bathroom and superb garden spaces. With stunning views of open Countryside, you can enjoy the use of an enclosed garden area to the front of the property and private courtyard garden at the back.

Whether you are staying for a special occasion, a weekend away, or one of the Piece Hall gigs, the flat gives you the best of both worlds, views over the valley while still being in the center of town. With bars, restaurants, and the retail district close by for supplies and some retail therapy.

It once belonged to the Swythamley Hall estate, where they grew fruit and vegetables for the people of the beautiful, impressive hall. Sit back and relax in your very own garden which is approximately 1 arce! You are surrounded by a private wall, woodland and nature. Sit with a glass of wine or a cooled beer and take in the breath taking views of the rolling fields, trees, animals and the roaches.
