Morning Coffee lounging on the patio and watching the amazing wildlife = Bliss! We have local birds that hang in the yard and often have wild deer wander through. NO HOA.

Unique New Remodel Close to Beach and Golf

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

Beach chairs and cooler are provided, along with a season pass to Huntington Beach State Park. 1/2hr from Myrtle Beach, 10 minutes from historic Georgetown, and 90 minutes from Charlestown. This is the perfect getaway for someone wanting peaceful surroundings, but wants access to all the action. The cottage includes a full bath, kitchenette, micro-wave, fridge, 2 burner stove, garbage disposal, TV, AC/heat, wifi, and its own balcony that overlooks the beautiful pool. It's only a 2-minute walk to both Chive Blossom and Frank’s Restaurant, two of the area’s best culinary delights! We are very close to the Hammock Shops, which is the area's best place for shopping. Rent bicycles for a quick ride over to the beach!

Beach Suite

This is the perfect suite for your next beach getaway! Approximately half a mile to the nearest beach access. Our cozy beach themed guest suite is attached to a separate living space (what one may call a duplex or in-law suite) and has a private entrance. It is tucked away in the forest, right across from the creek and ready to welcome you!
