Mari's house

The house is located in the seaside area of Taormina, Giardini Naxos town. The space is dedicated to my guests mq.100, 40 of which have a terrace on the beach. The house is about one meter higher than the beach. All openings in the house, overlooking the terrace. The result is a bright house with sea view. The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. My guests can enjoy the sea at all hours of day and night. The house is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning, Internet WI-FI and direct access to the sea from the roof terrace which is on the beach. The outdoor terrace is furnished with 2 tables and chairs, loungers and sunshades. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, oven and sink. A few steps from home there are many restaurants, supermarkets, tobacco and cash. The proximity to all major highways and communications, make your holiday even more beautiful, you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful archaeological sites, tourist and historical sites of Sicily. It 'has a garage for 1 car, in addition to parking inside the residence.

Attico sul mare con splendido panorama Canneto

L'appartamento "Attico sul mare" si trova di fronte la baia di Canneto dista 50 mt dal mare e circa 100 mt dal molo da dove partono le imbarcazioni per le escursione nelle altre isole, fermata del bus a 20 mt. La casa gode di un terrazzo veranda con una vista mare mozzafiato. Dispone di 1 camera matrimoniale,1 bagno, cucina dotata di tutti i comfort (TV satellitare W-FI lavastoviglie macchina caffè divano letto matrimoniale)attigua alla terrazza attrezzata con tavolo sedie divanetto e sdraio.

Rifugio SERCLA

Incantevole rifugio immerso nel caratteristico paesaggio di vecchie colate laviche e boschi nel versante est dell' Etna, a quota 900 mt circa, attrezzato per brevi soggiorni per ospitare fino a 4 persone. Contesto ideale per amanti della natura e della tranquillità, nel vulcano più grande d'Europa, ricco di itinerari percorribili a piedi o in mountain bike. Il rifugio è ubicato in pieno percorso della gara di MTB "ETNA MARATHON" . Il rifugio offre piacevoli soggiorni in tutte le stagioni.

E' una nuovissima struttura ricettiva ultimata nel gennaio del 2017 ed ubicata sul piazzale principale del borgo di Montalbano Elicona, a soli 25 metri dal portale di accesso al Castello Federico II. La casa vacanza conta di ampia zona living con cucina, una stanza da letto molto ampia con doccia in camera, servizi igienici ed un ampio terrazzo che guarda alle montagne. La sua particolare posizione la rende unica sul territorio.

Abholung und Bringung zum Flughafen** Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einer sehr ruhigen und bergischen Landschaft in 550 Höhenmetern. Es ist 15 KM vom Strand entfernt. Das Ferienhaus hat einen privaten Garten mit Pool (nicht beheizt). Touriorte wie zB. die Vulkaninseln sind per PKW zu erreichen. Supermärkte, Eisdielen und Restaurants ebenfalls. Zum Strand benötigt man mit einem Auto ungefähr 20 Minuten.

La casa è molto spaziosa (150mq), vi sono 2camere da letto, 2 bagni entrambi dotati di doccia, una cucina con salotto munita di televisore, una grande e luminosa mansarda in cui vi è un televisore 55 pollici, e due divani letto. Da qui potrete accedere al terrazzino con vista sul mare, anch'esso dotato di cucina, tavolo da pranzo, sdraio, divanetti su cui potersi rilassare e godere del meraviglioso panorama: il mare, la spiaggia ed il promontorio del Tindari.
