Πρόκειται για ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο δυάρι 47 τετραγωνικών στην καρδιά της πόλης των Πατρών, ένα τετράγωνο κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία Γεωργίου της Πάτρας. Εχει ξεχωριστό υπνοδωμάτιο , μικρό καθιστικό και κουζίνα. Εχει θέρμανση και ψύξη , με μοντέρνα τουαλέτα, ενώ ταυτόχρονα διαθέτει όλα τα απαραίτητα όπως σαμπουάν , αφρόλουτρο , ψυγείο, κουζίνα κ τα αντίστοιχα σκεύη για όλες τις χρήσεις. Το καλύτερο είναι πως δεν το πιάνει Θόρυβος της πόλης και έχει καλή ηχομόνωση, ενώ είναι και στο ισόγειο .

CHRYSSA - ΧΡΥΣΑ

Το διαμέρισμά βρίσκεται στην πλατεία Ψηλών Αλωνίων. Είναι ένα άνετο δυάρι, στον τρίτο όροφο μιας πολυκατοικίας. Τα υπνοδωμάτια έχουν μπαλκόνι. Τα δωμάτια προσφέρουν ηρεμία και έχουν παλιά έπιπλα με χαρακτήρα. Το μπάνιο έχει μπανιέρα και ζεστό νερό. Η κουζίνα είναι ανεξάρτητη και έχει ψυγείο, κουζινάκι, ηλεκτρικό ματάκι για καφέ ελληνικό (όλα καινούργια), απορροφητήρα. Εχει Ολα τα αναγκαία σε πιάτα, ποτήρια. Αν χρειαστεί κάποιος κάτι περισσότερο...... θα είμαι δίπλα να βοηθήσω ! WiFi ΔΩΡΕΑΝ.

SeaKissing House in Peloponnese

The house is located right on the beach with direct, easy access to the crystal clear waters of Psathopyrgos bay. It is surrounded by spacious yards with tables and sitting area, which, in combination with the big trees forming nice shade, the amazing view and tranquility of the sea tend to tempt you spend most of the day outside of the actual house building in the summer! Going to bed and waking up with a taste of the sea salt, is one of the main features that make this house unique.

Rustic stone house on org. farm with swimming pool

This two floor stone house is located on a big organic farm, 20 minutes outside from the city of Patra. The house is independent and has it's own veranda. Relax by the pool, enjoy the beautiful sunset, hike on the nearby hills and streams. Or walk around the farm, and try some of the season's produce. The farm produces wine, olive oil, oranges and mandarines and many kinds of fruit and vegetables. I live also on the farm, with my husband. We are a quite family and we love our farm.
