Set within the compound of a historical property (The Box T Ranch built in 1902), the studio is the perfect home plate for all your Southern Arizona adventures. You’ll love our place because the views are great and the beds are extremely comfortable.

Located in the beautiful town of Rio Rico. Just a few minutes from the Mexican border and from the art community at Tubac. A few blocks from a beautiful walking trail, gymnasium and several churches. This private apartment has all the amenities you need for a short or long stay. We take all the necessary steps to make sure the space is sanitary by disinfecting all areas and washing all bedding and linens to protect you and your family or guests.

This spacious guesthouse is in an ideal rural setting. Located near the Mexican border, the art community at Tubac, and the old Spanish mission of Tumacacori, there is lots to see and do. (Not to mention many good golf courses.) I am looking forward to your visit! To make your stay both pleasant and sanitary I steam clean floors, sani-wash all linens and towels, and wipe counters, sinks and toilet with sanitizer spray. Rest easy here!
