L'appartamento è appena ristrutturato e arredato in stile moderno. Offre la vista mare e affaccia sul Corso si Salerno che da Novembre a Febbraio è impreziosito dalle Luci d'Artista famose in tutto il mondo. La casa consta di una spaziosa camera da letto per 3 posti letto, living, cucina, balcone e un bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Nelle immediate vicinanze della struttura vi sono negozi, supermercati e il garage convenzionato nel quale (su richiesta) è possibile parcheggiare a prezzo scontato.

Bagno privato, letto matrimoniale, divano letto, frigo da camera, TV, WI-FI ed una romantica veranda con "vista da cartolina" dove poter sorseggiare un drink, un infuso, fare colazione o addirittura prendere ispirazione ed usarla come "workstation". L'accesso è agevole dalla strada o dal parcheggio, (eventualmente disponibile), attraverso il giardino di limoni, la corte privata e pochi scalini.

The Villa is located in the heart of Positano, only one minute away from the main beach easily reachable through the steps.
