This is a very welcoming and very private Pasadena/ Deer Park home. Only you and your guests will reside on the property and no one else. It has a self check- in key code so late night check ins are ok. It has a very private large backyard (see pictures). It is about a half mile from Beltway 8 and 2 miles from 225. 20 minutes to downtown or League City. Enough room for 6 people with 2 bedrooms and an air mattress. Brand new apartment. This is a private studio attached to my house with keypad entry exclusive use of Airbnb guest. One queen bed, kitchen with all the essential, super clean and confortable. WiFi, Smart Tv with access to Netflix, Hulu and more using your own accounts but also plenty of channels including news and movies. Great location close to Baybrook mall, 20 min to downtown, 35 min to Galveston, 14 min Hobby airport. Baybrook mall is just 8 min with lots of restaurants and great shopping.
