A 20 metri c'è un ampio parcheggio per auto e moto. La casa è dotata di 2 TV una nella zona giorno e l'altra in camera da letto. Nel ripostiglio è presente la lavatrice; il bagno è munito di doccia, phon per capelli. Ideale per una coppia che vuole passare qualche giorno in Toscana. Animali non ammessi.
