Das kleine, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und kürzlich renovierte Steinhaus verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang in einer ruhigen Straße und bietet absolute Privatsphäre. Es handelt sich um einen offenen Raum mit einem Schlafbereich im Hochbett mit komfortablem Doppelbett (160x200 cm), einem Schlafsofa für zwei Personen (140x200 cm) im Erdgeschoss, einem geräumigen Badezimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Kochgelegenheit und einem Essbereich. Kunstwerke im Inneren unterstreichen den besonderen Charakter des Hauses. Zum Haus gehört auch ein Innenhof mit einem Essbereich im Freien, der gemeinsam mit den gastfreundlichen Gastgebern genutzt wird. Vom Innenhof aus haben die Gäste Zugang zu einem 40 m² großen Kunstatelier, das nach Absprache selbstständig genutzt werden kann. Zudem können künstlerische Workshops (Malerei, Druckgrafik, Ton) mit dem Mitgastgeber Francesco Moretti, einem bildenden Künstler, organisiert werden.

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.
