You can enjoy food & drinks on its terrace with spectacular view of the deep blue Aegean. The port of Adamas is 5 min away with a car.

The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. The values of Cycladic architecture combined with a touch of luxury defined the design philosophy. The unified vaulted interior welcomes you with kitchenette, living room and highly eleveted king size bed which are connected with the bathroom. Our traditional cycladic house is located on the seafront in the picturesque fishing village of Mandrakia on the North coast of Milos.Our home is sitting right on the water's edge with direct public access to the sea. From our veranda you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea .You walk out the front door,go down a staircase that leads into the sea. The coastline below the house is a public area where people like to rest, swim or snorkel.

Sunset Studio is located at Plaka, probably the most picturesque place on Milos, which used to be the old capital of the island. It has one bedroom with a double and a single bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Right outside, in front of your door, you can enjoy a magnificent sunset and in just two minutes you can find yourself in the middle of Plaka with its traditional alleys, the beautiful restaurants, cafes and shops.

"Armira" Boat House in Firopotamos

Armira Boat House is located literally a few steps away from the sea in the small, remote, traditional seaside community of Fyropotamos. Originally built by my ancestors in the early 1900s to serve as a fisherman’s cottage and boat house traditionally known as “sirma”, it is a unique example of Cycladic traditional architecture and is one of the very few of its kind.
