Peony house

Peony's house is located by the Valti coast, in Sykia. It's land plot is 500m² and it's 93m away from the sea. The house has living room, kitchen, one WC and two rooms, one with double bed and the other with two separate single beds with the ability to add one children's playpen bed. In the living room the sofa becomes bed too. The kitchen is fully equipped (with one big refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle). It also has a big front porch and a big green yard with barbecue and one traditional wood oven. Except from the sandy Valti's beach, only a few minutes away with your car you can enjoy all the beautiful Sykia's beaches such as Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Agridia, Tranos Agios Nicholaos, Kavourotripes etc.

Το μπαλκόνι προσφέρει θέα στη Σάρτη και στο όρος Δραγουδέλι.

Studio 1 - Filio - Valti beach - Sithonia

Το Studio Filio είναι μια πολυτελή κατοικία στα 150 μέτρα από την θάλασσα Βαλτί, στη Σιθωνία Χαλκιδικής. Περιβάλλεται από πράσινο και η παραλία έχει μαγευτική θέα το όρος Άθως. Βρίσκετε 7 χλμ. από την Σάρτη & 6 χλμ. από την Συκιά. Στην περιοχή υπάρχει Ταβέρνα (100 μέτρα), 2 beach bars & super market (1 χιλιόμετρο). Η Σάρτη είναι παραλιακό χωρίο με πεζόδρομο γύρω από ένα βραχώδη κόλπο, όπου τα bar και οι ταβέρνες γεμίζουν κόσμο το καλοκαίρι. Το 15 Αύγουστο γίνεται το πανηγύρι της Παναγίας.

Evelen Studios(Ground floor)

Evelen Studios are located at a distance of 300m from the beach in Sarti. It is a smaller, family object which has a total of 4 studios on the first floor and 4 studios on the ground floor, and all of them are renovated in 2016. Studios are situated in the old part of Sarti, nearby all the contents, restaurants, cafes, stores and beaches. All the studios are two-bedded (double bed). When necessary, in all the studios can be added one extra bed for a third person or a child.
