Το σπίτι είναι διαρρυθμισμένο στο ισόγειο κουζίνα, σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία και WC και στον 1 όροφο είναι 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του. Είναι μόλις 3km από το λιμάνι και 4km από το τουριστικό Μπατσί. Η παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ από την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια , πρατήριο άρτου και σούπερ μάρκετ

The large balcony provides an area to relax and enjoy the view to the Aegean Sea and picturesque Batsi, which is in 5 min. walking , along with Kolona beach

The Stone House mountain retreat: open all year.

Take a step back in time and stay in this unique, beautiful old stone house, set on a steep mountain slope, surrounded by woods and terraces, ideal for walkers and nature lover's. A glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks is a twenty five min. drive away. In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Four marked walks start from Arni itself.

Βρίσκεται εντός ιστορικού πέτρινου κτηρίου που χτίστηκε το 1837. Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι & ένα δεύτερο δωμάτιο, που έχει τις χρήσεις καθιστικού, κουζίνας & οδηγεί στο μπάνιο, ενώ πάνω από αυτά, υπάρχει ένας ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα. Δεν ενδείκνυται για παιδιά κάτω των 7 ετών (βλ. & παρακάτω).

Located 2.5km from the port of Gavrio, it is an ideal place to relax, come close to nature and enjoy the sun, the sea and our heartwarming hospitality. The swimming pool is located on the upper level, in front of my residence, and it is shared among the three houses of the complex. You are welcome to enjoy the pool and the sunbeds.
