It is 4km away from the blue flag beach of Trapeza-Pounta, 7km away from Akrata & 7,4km away from Odontotos-Diakopto. It combines excursions to the mountain, Kalavryta (ski center) is just 35km away. This peaceful, spacious studio sits on the 1st floor with balcony and sea view.

Το όμορφο διαμέρισμα μας βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της Ακράτας και αποτελείται από ένα μεγάλο σαλόνι και κουζίνα, δύο υπνοδωμάτια με θέα τόσο στην θάλασσα όσο και στο βουνό, ένα μπάνιο, ευρύχωρες βεράντες και ιδιωτικό parking. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται μία ανάσα από την παραλία της Ακράτας (50 μέτρα).

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof!
