This gorgeous home is located at the very top of a hill in one of the most central locations in Lancaster County. You'll be surrounded by breathtaking views of the nearby farmland and the interior has been beautifully decorated in calming, neutral tones. No amenity has been spared for your stay some of which include a spacious master suite, stunning kitchen, Keurig machine, large game room, a kid's toy room, a firepit, yard games and a patio with outdoor seating, a hot tub, pool and a grill.

The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

The Innkeepers Quarters at Witmer Estate, HOT TUB

Experience the perfect blend of modern comfort and vintage charm at the Innkeepers Quarters at Witmer Estate. The private second-floor suite features a luxurious tile shower, a soaking tub, and a King bedroom with a Smart TV. Enjoy the hot tub, open year-round, in this fully private unit attached to the main house (please note some noise may be heard through the walls). Conveniently located near popular attractions, including Sight & Sound Theatres, Strasburg Railroad & Amish Attractions.

This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. Located upstairs above the garage, which is not connected to the big house. The setting is in the heart of Amish country on a private street which creates a relaxed atmosphere.
