Da Crubbit is a cosy one bedroom, single story, detached house in the grounds of a larger property. Situated on the west side of Burra Isle in one of the most scenic locations in Shetland. Next door to the Shetland Pony Experience and Marinas' Cake Fridge. Within walking distance to East House, one of the last thatched cottages in Shetland and Min and Bannamin Beaches. Located only 4 miles from the local shop in Hamnavoe and 13 miles to Lerwick, there are regular buses between Burra, Scalloway and Lerwick.

This is a elegant retreat on two levels including a large kitchen/dining room, downstairs bathroom and upstairs bedrooms and living area. For families there are child locks, stair gates, cot and high chair available upon request. Part of the downstairs is locked off for work space and will be in use through the day. East-Gate Selfcatering

East-Gate was built new in 2018 the property is located in central Shetland and beautifully finished. Outside the patio door takes you onto a decked area which you can sit out on for your morning cuppa or evening glass of wine or to simply take in the scenery . It has the latest air to air heating and air con. We are very lucky to have a hot spot for otter sighting on our door step just a short walk down the field. The sea views and coastal walks makes this an ideal tranquil location.

Bothy Be Wast

Really get away from it all in this unique secluded bothy tucked away on the west coast of the Whiteness peninsula on the shore of the beautiful Stromness Voe. Take a 5-10min stroll over the hill and down to the bothy nestled among reeds on the shore to feel a thousand miles from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sleeps up to 4 persons with power supplied via 240V battery power pack. Drinking water will be supplied and shower/sink supply will be topped up as required.

Bank's Cottage

Totally relax and unwind in our fully renovated cottage by the sea. Take in the unspoilt views of the hills, isles and shoreline. Situated in Papil, Burra,the location is perfect for exploring Shetland with lots to do and see nearby. Banks Cottage has undergone an extensive refurbishment, retaining the character of the original building but adding all the comforts of modern living. The project began in 2021 and was completed in June 2024. We look forward to hosting you.
