Die geräumige Villa hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich und alle Räume sind klimatisiert. Im Garten, zudem auch ein gesicherter Parkplatz gehört, ist ein Holzkohlegrill vorhanden.
