La villetta ha al piano primo di camera matrimoniale con bagno privato e, al piano terra, di divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno, dove è presente un secondo bagno.

Cari ospiti, noi siamo Massimo e Roberta, abbiamo acquistato recentemente questo casolare risalente al 1800, circondato da castagni, vicino al paese di Pruno. Se volete immergervi nella natura questo è il luogo che fa per voi, troverete silenzio e tranquillità. Arriverete con l'auto in questa oasi di pace, accolti dall'ampia terrazza dove godrete del sole tutto il giorno, per finire ammirando il tramonto. Entrando il salottino con il camino d'inverno è molto intimo per leggere un libro .
