This townhouse has everything you will need to enjoy a day at the beach including cooler, 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and sand toys.

You’ll love my place because of the location, short walk to the beach , the views. The 2 story townhouse with 2 bedroom and 2,5 bathrooms. Beautiful beach style cottage with tasteful decorations! Master bedroom with king size bed, 2 d bedroom with queen bed and bunk bed on the 1 floor. House has 2 full bathroom and 1 half bath next to the kitchen area on the second floor.

When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard. This home is a 7 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach / 30A. 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. This unit shares the pool area with its identical twin (unit A). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table.
