Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Essbereich und einen Sitzbereich mit einem Flachbild-TV. Es gibt auch eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen und Mikrowelle. Es ist auch mit einem eigenen Bad und kostenlosen Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Aufzug auf allen Etagen.

Einfacher Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und der Parkplatz ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Valldemossa ist das perfekte Dorf zum Entspannen, in der Nähe von Palma und anderen Orten auf der Insel (20 Minuten-Palma/30 Minuten- Flughafen).Unser Haus  ist ideal für Paare, Alleinreisende, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (sowie mit Kindern).

The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed
