Esta casa de vacaciones, con habitaciones acogedoras en una sola planta, dispone de un amplio salón comedor con chimenea y televisión por satélite, una cocina totalmente equipada con microondas, horno, nevera, cafetera/tetera y el resto de utensilios necesarios. Consta de 4 dormitorios (todos ellos con camas “twin bed” que se pueden juntar) y 2 baños con plato de ducha, toallas y jabón. Además, cuenta con aire acondicionado/calefacción y aparcamiento. La zona exterior tiene todo lo que podría desear, una terraza con mesa para las cenas al aire libre, hamacas y barbacoa. Dispone de lavadora. Pertenece a un complejo vacacional compuesto por 22 apartamentos y 4 casas, con el edificio principal a unos 5 minutos. Puede hacer uso de la piscina comunitaria y el Wi-Fi. La playa de Canyamel, conocida por su belleza y tranquilidad está a escasos 200m, con sus chiringuitos, tiendas, cafés y restaurantes a pocos minutos a pie. Vista de la Vila ist für jene, die einige angenehme Tage das ruhige Dorfleben Mallorcas genießen wollen. Sie können im sonnigen Patio frühstücken, in der Bibliothek lesen, ihre Ausflüge organisieren oder einfach nur die Seele baumeln lassen. Auf unserer Dachterrasse ist der Sonnenuntergang bei einem Glas Wein besonders sehenswert.
