Terrasse und Garten laden zum Entspannen ein – ideal nach einem Strandtag oder dem Splash Park. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen im Hauswirtschaftsraum der Garage bereit. Der Garten ist nicht eingezäunt, aber eine Gartenleine ist vorhanden. Haustiere im Sommer nicht unbeaufsichtigt auf der Terrasse lassen – es kann dort sehr heiß werden.
