1 bedroom 1 bath guest house, overlooking the pool. Large kitchen, Two large smart T.V.'s, workspace, dining area, living room and bedroom. Queen bed and daybed are in the same room, pull out couch in living room. Outdoor area includes Pool🏊, Billiards🎱, Darts🎯, Cornhole🌽🕳️, Horseshoes🧲, Croquet🤹 and Pro Kadima🏓. We're 4 minutes to Downtown and 8 minutes to the Beach. Please note we only allow registered guests 21 years old+ on the property, no parties or group gatherings. Thank you.

Close to downtown Melbourne and the beaches and approximately an hour to Orlando theme parks and Cape Canaveral, this cottage faces the Indian River Lagoon where dolphins cruise, schools of fish swim, and birds hang out. Sit on the deck, enjoying your favorite beverage, while gentle breezes come off the Atlantic or have lunch on the outdoor eating area under the oaks. Light and airy, the cottage is open floor plan with a living area, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Washer/dryer is onsite.

Riverfront, Gym, W/D, Dock, NO Chores

2 bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattress and a fold out couch in the living room. 3 smart TVs and high speed internet are included. Sunsets from the sun room, coffee on our private dock, daily dolphin sightings. The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES! Additional guests allowed with prior approval. Hosts live on site. Free parking on site for 2 cars.

Poolside Paradise

Take it easy at this poolside resort getaway. Relax on your very own porch w/2 roll down screens. Enjoy outdoor cabana w/propane fire pit. The gazebo w/grill & tools (in kitchen). You have access to our pool / floats under side table on porch, (we normally don’t use the pool w/guests), towel/clothes hanger, lay on 1 of 3 loungers. Use of outdoor shower. Possibly you can also watch a space launch (weather permitted) coming over the trees looking north, poolside. No kids! No pets!

Apartment style unit! Fully private! EV charger

This unit offers complete apartment style accommodation is fully private complete with bedroom, living room and mini kitchen. The home and all the furniture is new so you can rest assured everything is clean and comfortable. Our kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave and Keurig coffee maker with pods. There is also a pull out in the living room. A level 2 EV Charger is available on the property, please request when booking if you would like to use it.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located studio apartment under the oaks. Minutes from river front eateries, night life with live music, skydiving, golfing, canoe and kayak rental, boat and jet ski rental, chartered fishing, hiking, Mel Fishers treasure museum, 15 minutes to Wabasso beach. Or stay in, use the grill, and sit by the fire pit.

Bright, open, clean, and tropical. This private space has hardwood floors and all the amenities for a comfortable relaxing stay including an outdoor partially covered tropical bathroom facility. Everythig is walking distance from a nice neighborhood park and the Atlantic Ocean with beach access is an 8-10 min walk. It is very private.
