Grandi spazi esterni dotati di una zona cucina con barbecue e forno a legna, un secondo bagno doccia esterno, una veranda con tavolo vista mare, aree relax, palestra, 2 piscine, la rendono una meta ideale per chi desidera vivere e respirare la campagna e la riservatezza nella massima libertà.

Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura ist kein typisches Ferienhaus. Ihre wellige Architektur weist Kurven auf, die an die Wellen des Ozeans, die ikonischen Nuraghen und den organischen Stil der Costa Smeralda erinnern. Einzigartig ist auch ihre Blick auf den Hafen, das Stadtzentrum und Korsika, das nur 8 km über die Straße von Bonifacio entfernt ist, und die hauseigene Autoelektroladestation, die 2 E-bikes und 3 Fahrräder. Villa Picuccia is a lovely Costa Smeralda villa in the countryside of San Pantaleo, with spectacular views stretching from mountains in the south-west, through a valley of vineyards and olive trees, to the Mediterranean Sea in the bay of Cannigione. With comfortable rooms, a gorgeous pool area and large terraces with panoramic views, you won't need to leave the property at all, but the wonderful restaurants, beaches, and other pleasures of the Costa Smeralda are all within just 15 mins by car.

Die Villetta Matteo ist unsere Privatunterkunft an der Costa Paradiso (Blickrichtung Korsika). Sie ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, in Hanglage 80m ü.NN. mit 180 Grad Meerblick vom großzügigem Sonnendeck, eingebettet in felsiger Umgebung und mediterranen Gewächsen. Sie bietet Meerblick aus allen Zimmern sowie direkten Zugang zu den Terrassen. Gemeinschaftspool mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und ein nahe gelegener Sandstrand "Li Cossi" (15 Gehminuten) runden den Aufenthalt ab.

Mysig lägenhet med havsutsikt på norra Sardinien.

Med en fantastisk utsikt över vinlundar och hav, ligger vår lilla Sardinska pärla. Lägenheten är på 45m2 med en stor terrass mot havet. På terassen sitter man gärna och äter middag i solnedgången, grill finns. Lägenheten består av ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet/ köket och 1 badrum. Vi har en liten pool på området som ni kan nyttja. Lägenheten ligger 900m från byn Badesi. I Badesi finns det 2 stora mataffärer, restauranger, caféer. Det är 3 km ner till Badesistranden
