You’ll love my place because it will not feel like a rental, has the best location on the Island, breathtaking panoramic views, remodeled kitchen, grill, 2 pools ( 1 heated in the winter), 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, washer and dryer, dishwasher, 3 LCD TV's, upgraded premium Broadband internet and Wi-Fi throughout, gated parking lot and elevator. The views from the top floor are out of this world!

Features a full kitchen, 2½ baths, & a primary suite with king bed, en-suite bath, &TV. Second bedroom has a full bed with twin trundle. Third bedroom includes two twin beds. Important Notes: • Animal-free home due to medical allergies; no pets or animals permitted • Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed • No spring breakers. In March, ALL guests must be minimum age 27 except families

Ground floor condo 1/2 minute across the street & you are on the beach! Large 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, patio and gulf dunes view. King bedroom, 2nd bedroom has Bunk Beds with twin on top and double on bottom, washer & dryer. Dishes and linens included. Due to Covid protocols, we are not allowed to leave food items such as salt, pepper, sugar, etc., so please bring what you need. A $95 cleaning fee is charged at check-in by the manager & is above Airbnb cost. Please read house rules before booking.

The house features a beautiful pool, swim up bar and large backyard. There is an outdoor kitchen with a propane grill and pizza oven. Large sliding door opens up to the downstairs game room. There is a bathroom and 1 bedroom downstairs. Upstairs: 3bedrooms, open concept kitchen/living room. The beach is 2 blocks away. Address is 5909 Havana Dr. Located on the corner of Havana/Sunset. City Noise Ordinance begins at 11pm on Fri/Sat. 10pm during the week. Please no outside guests or parties.

Super cute 1/1 bottom floor condo located at the TIKI. Across from Turtle recovery center and convention center. Sleeps up to 6. 2 full size beds in bedroom and full size couch pull out for kiddos. Bathroom/kitchen remodel 2017. Private patio, non-smoking, full kitchen. Private beach access just steps away. FYI- I am usually very fast at responding- but call for immediate assistance. No pets please. AirBnB does not collect SPI and County Hotel and Occupancy tax of 11% that's why the mngt fee.
