Most of the traffic is neighbors walking dogs :-) The studio is attached to the main house but is completely separate, there is no access to the main house. While Malibu is in a period of rebuilding, there are some inconveniences as a result, such as slower traffic on PCH and trucks in the vicinity. Check tide charts for your dates so you know when low tide is. Our beach is accessible at low tide.
