The Station House~Family Friendly

The Station House is across from the ESNA train station and snuggled up under the wings of the iconistic Roundhouse. The rental is the bottom apartment in a duplex. The living room has a great view of the charming train station. We are next to a trolley stop and a short distance from downtown shops, entertainment, hiking paths and restaurants. For about the price of a hotel room, you have a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, full kitchen, porches and a washer and dryer.

Great space for family or business travel, includes garage. Close to Legends shopping, I70 and I435 highways. We say disability friendly because it is a new build with wide doorways and a no barrier entrance from the garage. We have lowered the digital garage door keypad to wheelchair height. The largest bathroom has front loader laundry, a roll up sink and a no barrier shower with grab bars and an adjustable shower head. Trash carts are on the North side of the building.

Let your adventure begin by bringing your family, friends and even your pets to Bella Vista. This unique space has everything you need! It is close to the lakes, parks, golf courses, recreational centers and more. Outside our neighborhood is the 50 miles trail that connects to the Back 40 trail and other trails in the area.
