Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Little Switzerland - Cabin 2, Newly Renovated

Please enjoy our newly updated cabin, 12/1/2025 - new King Sized Bed and Mattress, new granite countertop and new lighting. Brand new flooring and paint. Brand new furniture and appliances. This cozy little split level cabin is ideal for anyone! The cabin includes a pillow top king bed and a full bathroom as well as a nice sitting area. It also has a nice front porch and private balcony. This is a hotel like room, there is a mini fridge and microwave but it does not contain a full kitchen.

Spring Mountain Cabin is a small cabin (16ft×12ft - MAX CAPACITY TWO PEOPLE NO PETS, NO TRAILERS, AND NO CHILDREN UNDER 10). We are located in the upper Mulberry River Valley between Indian Creek river access & High Bank river access. Our cabin is 2 miles from Byrds Adventure Center & 7 miles from Turner Bend. Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), turkeys, a goose, and a couple of LGDs.
