The property is walking distance from some beautiful local beaches, Gower's coastal path and a short 15 minute walk to the shop/cafe/eateries.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The studio flat with fantastic views over Cefn Bryn in a rural location. Upstairs the Lounge/bedroom gets both sun rise and sunset. Well equipped Let with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen. A short drive will take you to all of the Gowers fabulous beaches and the salt marshes where the ponies roam free. My property is on the Gower Way - great for walkers/cyclist too. There are sometimes free roaming sheep and cows nearby.

It is located at the end of the Gower peninsular has off-road parking and is 5 minutes walk down a lane to beautiful Mewslade beach, 10 minutes walk to wonderful Rhossili. It has a low double bed up narrow stairs in a lovely roof space (not standing height), a kitchen and dining area that opens out onto the courtyard, separate room with sofa bed & TV and a shower room.

We are just a 5min stroll from the centre of the village, where you will find a convenience store, fish & chip shop and the spectacular sandy Oxwich Bay beach, stretching to Three Cliffs. A stylishly rustic annexe furnished with a considered collection of vintage pieces and set in it's own secluded valley, twenty minutes stroll away from the majestic Three Cliffs Bay. The property comfortably sleeps four, has delightful gardens and oozes charm and character. Village amenities such as an artisan bakery, independent shop/ cafe and heritage centre are all within a three or four minute walk.

Your private suite is just 15 metres from the sea in our seafront home, with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.

This is a brand new rerfurbed property located in Southgate, in the heart of the Gower. This spacious but cosy bed sit is situated within walking distance of many scenic walking routes and is ideal for walkers/climbers/golfers/surfers and general tourism. With three cliffs bay and pobbles beach on the door step, a 10 minute drive to famous beaches, mumbles and Swansea city town. This property is perfect for weekends away, or long stays.
