Near the pretty village of Honington on the edge of the Cotswolds, about 2 miles from Shipston on Stour which is a gateway to the beauty of the Cotswolds and 9 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa. The Stables have been recently renovated, underfloor heating, combines contemporary style in a character Barn Converstion on a farm in a rural location offering peace and quiet and overlooks an Italian style garden. Dogs are welcome and can run free in the gardens and fields.

The farm is a short distance from the historical village of Hook Norton and in close vicinity of Burford, Banbury, Bourton-on-the-Water, Chipping Norton, Kingham, Moreton-in-Marsh, Oxford, Soho Farmhouse, Stow-on-the-wold, Stratford upon Avon and Woodstock.
