This self contained West End Hideout is part of a converted lower level Family Townhouse located in the heart of Glasgow's famous West End with it's own secure access and is only a stone's throw away from Botanic Gardens.THE LOCAL AREA has a good mix of small independent shops and quality high street names. It is a foodies' haven with two specialist cheese shops, butchers,whole-food shops, numerous delicatessens and stores such as Waitrose and Marks & Spencer are all within a very short walking distance. There are also wonderfully atmospheric second hand book shops, vintage and retro clothing stores, gift shops, jewellers and of course plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and bars.There are a wide range of places to eat from great value budget to widely acclaimed, well established restaurants. Five of Trip Advisor’s top ten restaurants in Glasgow are all within a 15 minute walk. Nearby Ashton Lane is great for visiting during the day and evening for shopping, coffee, eating, drinking and catching a film at the local Grosvenor Cinema. Music and plays can also be found at Oran Mor and Cottiers theatre with various pubs hosting more informal music sessions.

This peaceful and private apartment comprises of the whole lower ground floor of a Georgian mansion house just off the A82 set in an incredible nine acre woodland garden with a riverside walk up to a beautiful loch. There is a spacious living room with wood burner and large kitchen with aga cooker and dining. The bathroom features a double ended bath and shower. Glasgow City centre, Glasgow Airport and Loch Lomond are within 15-20 minute drive from the house which has private, secure parking.

Cosy and peaceful West End Attic flat.

Welcome to this stylish little jewel of tranquility, centrally located flat, in the heart of the west end of Glasgow. Our attic flat has a maximum capacity for 2 adults, but is also perfect for a small family e.g 2 adults & an infant. The blonde sandstone, category A listed townhouse is around 175 years old. There are about 74 steps up to the flat door (which includes a quirky 24 step spiral stair at the end) and there isn’t a lift. The 180 year old Botanic Gardens are about 100yds away.
