This cottage style house been fully remodeled to include all the conveniences of modern day living. The house is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher), washer/dryer and patio grill. There are smart TVs available in both the living room and master bedroom. Guests can enjoy Netflix or sign in to any streaming account. There is also high speed WIFI and a WIFI printer located in the Office which includes desk, chair and queen size bed.

The cottage is in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet it is just minutes from the shopping, dining, and tourist attractions that Hot Springs, Arkansas has to offer.

The Creek Cottage

The Creek Cottage is a bright and airy, open floor plan home located just 2 miles from town and 5 miles from Lake Ouachita. There is a king bed in the common area that can be walled off by the large room divider curtain. A separate bedroom has 2 large twin beds (daybed with trundle) and there is also a couch comfortable enough to sleep on if needed. One bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen complete this small gem in the woods overlooking a year-round creek.

McCrary Country Cottage

McCrary Country Cottage built in the early 1920’s, is set amid country pastures and surrounded by huge oak trees. The front porch is so peaceful with a porch swing and chairs. The interior is totally remodeled with all new appliances.A large open hearth room/ kitchen and dining room combination. The kitchen has an 8’ eat on bar. Utility room with a built in ironing board and iron. Just 2 miles out of the Nashville city limits. A totally relaxing experience.

We are excited to share this NEWLY remodeled lakefront property with you! This cozy, cottage style house, features a fully equipped kitchen. It is a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath cottage. All three of the bedrooms include a flat screen TV with satellite. There are two large decks, which have ample seating and an area to eat. The backyard features close access to the lake, a fire pit, charcoal grill, and an entry area for swimming in the lake.
