Il nostro casale è una casa per le vacanze di 120mq situata a nord-ovest della Sardegna ad appena 300 metri dal mare. Totalmente ristrutturato nel 2020, può ospitare fino a 9 persone senza compromettere lo spazio libero di nessuno. Dispone di un ampio giardino esterno di 4000mq, ingresso e parcheggio privati. Recently renovated, the Architect preserved its historical value while incorporating all modern comforts. The house is in a prime location, just a few steps from the Cathedral, which overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking sunsets.

Country house close to the sea - Dipladenia

Our house is located in the countryside and it's very close to the sea (Gulf of Asinara). It is spacious and cool in the summer, with two terraces (one West and one East) and a cool veranda (porch) attached to one side of the house, where you can rest and eat in the warm season. You'll love awakenings and relaxing breakfasts surrounded by nature. The house is surrounded by a big flowering garden with a little pinewood, palms and oleanders. All the windows are provided with mosquito nets.

Peaceful villa among olive trees

My country home is a very cosy chalet. The kitchen and the dining room are decorated in the Sardinian style with furniture, tapestries, frames and appareil. There is a fireplace in the corner, while old copper pans and home made baskets hang along the side on the wall. The veranda offers the option of having breakfast, lunch and dinner out in the open air and has a corner with view on the east-side garden where you can relax reading a book or enjoy a good Sardinian wine.

Alloggio indipendente in piccolo residence. Completo di tutto abbiamo appena cambiato letto e materasso e aggiunto un divano letto nuovo. Recente costruzione, in classe C con ottima resa termica e acustica. Due spiagge a 2 e 6 minuti a piedi e un mondo da visitare a 15/20 minuti d'auto, la Pelosa, l'isola dell'Asinara, Stintino e il suo porto antico, la bellissima Alghero e tanto, tanto altro da scoprire... Lasciati coccolare da questa parte di Sardegna rilassante...

La nostra casa sorge nella tranquilla campagna di Sassari, contornata da numerosi ulivi plurisecolari e un grande giardino mediterraneo, per farvi trascorrere una rilassante vacanza.
