Our home features 3.5 bedrooms including a queen, one double bunk beds, and one king, comfortably accommodating up to 8. The office could fit an inflatable queen accommodating up to 10. With two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a generous living space, there’s ample room. Enjoy the pool in season and private backyard, complete with a grill, and patio furniture for outdoor dining.

Historic Tavern (w/ saltwater hot tub)

Copper top bar in your private tavern/kitchen. Sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms (3 beds). 6-person salt water hot tub (available after 8/22/25), Picnic table, grill. 25-28min to Cooperstown Dreams Park and All Star Village, 20min to Oneonta and Cobleskill. This home was completed in the 1870s and is a jewel in the region (we’re bringing her back to life, but she’s still pretty awesome). The town pool is on the neighboring property, it’s very convenient.
