The lake access affords kayaking, swimming, and receive 20% off a guided fishing trip with Reels and Rods guide service. Kayaks available for use.

The Carriage House at Arran Fell Farm

A slice of heaven 7 miles from Cooperstown 16 min from Cooperstown Dreams Park.Immaculate,quiet, peaceful working rescue farm. Come and unwind and sleep in the hammock.Large firepit,outdoor games,animal interaction. Complimentary free range eggs, oj, butter, bagels,cream ,coffee and tea provided. Outdoor gazebo with bbq grill.Pick your own veggies when in season. Hike the trail or take a paddleboat or canoe on the pond. Try some fishing, interact with rescue animals. Florence Cottage

This fully self contained lockable 2 bedroom apartment, one block from Hall of Fame, by the lake, has full kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, coffee maker etc. Rental includes use of motorless boats. Washer dryer in basement shared with other guests/ leave laundry basket outside of door and we will take care of it😃. There is a folding futon in the larger of the two bedrooms; let us know if someone wants to sleep on it and we can arrange to have the linens set out for it for an extra 20$.

Summer Bookings, we only accept 6 night stays aligned with “Cooperstown Dreams Park” schedule, see their site for the schedule. If you’re going to “Allstar Village” their schedule does not align with this. The 2026 season is 5/31-8/23/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.

Eagle River

Eagle River is a charming waterfront home located between Cooperstown & Oneonta. The water views are incredible! Enjoy free use of kayaks and stand up paddle boards at the kayak shop next door. The home has been recently updated with a new kitchen, bathroom, sunroom, deck, mattresses and linens. It has an open floor plan with 3 smart T.V.s & comfy leather couch. The owner operates the kayak shop next door and is readily available if need be; free kayak lessons are included also.
