Renting out my home ON the Salmon River. This listing is for "Unit A" which is the main part of the house. I also rent out a studio suite with a separate entrance (On the Salmon River! - Unit B), or you can rent both spaces by booking the "ON the Salmon River - Full House" listing. This listing can be booked 6 months in advance. The Full House listing can be booked 1 year in advance. The dock and laundry room are considered common areas for both units.

Welcome to our house. We offer 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.

Just a few miles from the Salmon River (Pineville Bridge is just down the road) and right at the base of the Tug Hill Plateau. Lake Ontario is about a 10 minute drive. Depending on the season enjoy legendary fishing, snowmobiling, ATV riding, or hunting. Or go see the local Amish shops and get a souvenir or a fresh Amish Pastry!

Waterfront property with a 30' dock. This cottage has Oneida Lake in the backyard! Beautiful lake view, perfect for fishing year round or just relaxing. Two smart TVs and Wi-Fi are included. Off-street parking in front of the house. A deck overlooks the lake in the back of the house along with a BBQ grill, a fire pit, and a picnic table in the backyard. It is 20 minutes to downtown Syracuse via Rt 81.
