Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Private Cabin and Private Beach = A great get-a-way! The home is stocked with all the things you need, it’s just waiting for you. Downstairs Bedroom has Queen Bed and separate twin bed if needed. Downstairs has a full bath. 1st floor has stacked twin beds and upstairs loft has 2 twin beds, plenty of room and a 1/2 bath. A great place to have tons of fun, close to everything! Near North Conway & there’s plenty to do. Everything is just 5 to 25 minutes away.

Beautiful four bedroom two bath home located on Balch Lake in West Newfield Maine. Two private docks and your own boat launch. Sandy beach area on the south side of the house receives lots of sunshine. Take out kayaks or pedal boat to explore Balch Lake! Updated kitchen and a magnificent view of the lake from the living room. Relax in the shade under 2 motor canopies on the deck off of the master bedroom. Enjoy a barbeque and go for a swim at this hidden gem.
